Delicious fish & chips and v friendly staff!! Encouraged us to share a large chips between three when we got around to ordering a second large portion, and they were totally right!! HUGE portion, deffo enough rather than wasting food getting more. Thank you for the honesty!!

Bought cod and chips (1 x large, 1 x pensioner) whilst back in UK visiting family. Food is cooked to order which was fine by me as we weren't in a rush, and at least we knew it was fresh. Chatted to owner whilst it was cooking and she was very friendly, so ignore the feedback saying the staff are rude. Portions are very good, in fact I couldn't manage all of mine. Some comments here suggest food is undercooked, but that really wasn't the case for us. Very tasty! Can't comment on price as I don't live in UK so cannot compare it to other chip shops. Overall very pleased and would happily buy from here again in future.

Absolute brilliant chippy. Food portions are large. 1 large chips does 3 people in our house! Staff are super friendly, and you don't mind the wait as all the food is freshly prepared!

You can ask to have your fish cooked more or less depending on how you like the batter, chips are lovely and squishy, and the best thing, they use pure vegetable oil, not palm oil or other cheap oil which kills my IBS!The fish could be larger (I usually order 3 large to share between 2 people) but quality beats quantity and because it’s freshly cooked and served, not sitting in the heated cabinet for ages, you do end up with a fair amount of grease in the bottom of the bag.
